| A non-refundable 50% retainer for your session is due when booking your appointment. This guarantees the time and date allotted for you. Should payment not be received in this time frame, we reserve the right to offer the date and time to another client. Handle your portraits with extreme care. Damage incurred as a result of improper handling, framing or hanging is the responsibility of the client. If your child is feeling under the weather, please call to reschedule. We understand this happens. If you must cancel, please try to do so at least 48 hours before your session and we can reschedule your session. If cancellations occur within 24 hours, Kat Monk Studio reserves the right to charge you in full for your session. During the peak season, November 1 - December 31, 2009, Kat Monk Studio reserves the right to charge you in full for sessions cancelled within 48 hours. We are always willing to reschedule your session, so don't despair about the cancellation policy. However, if you are a repeat offender on the cancellation policy, rescheduling is up to the discretion of the studio. |
